Role: Customer Service Associate
Permanent: January to June 30-40 hrs/week (weekend work is required)

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success and Fulfillment, this role involves answering phones and emails, taking phone orders, helping customers with questions or concerns, processing mail and fax orders, and occasionally assisting with picking and shipping orders.

THE POSITION
We are looking for highly motivated and hard-working individuals to work in our retail store at 7724 Roblin Blvd. Successful applicants will have excellent customer service skills, be a team-player, and willingness to learn. Come help our customers make their garden dreams come true!
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Helping customers locate products when they enter the store
- Ensure displays of seeds, accessories, and other supplies are well stocked and organized

THE POSITION
We are looking for highly motivated and hardworking individuals to work in our warehouse. Successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work on multiple tasks, and be a team player. This is a dynamic position and primarily includes tasks related to the production, picking, packing, and shipping of our seeds and perishable stock to customers across Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Prepare, package, and perform quality control on seed orders
- Fulfilling customer orders in a timely fashion with a focus on accuracy
- Prepare, package, and perform quality control on young rootstock including roots, bulbs, trees, and shrubs
- Unload and stock shipments
- Shipment-related tasks including picking, packing, and labeling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Warehouse experience is an asset
- Ability to follow detailed instructions

Greenhouse Associate
Role: Greenhouse Associate
Full-time Seasonal:
2 positions start March 2026 - July 2026 (weekend work is required)
Salary/Wages: Starting at $16.00/hr
THE POSITION
Reporting to the Greenhouse & Grounds Manager, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Greenhouse Associates to carry out the care and merchandising of perennials, shrubs, and trees in the nursery, and assist in the care and merchandising of flowers and vegetables in the greenhouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Greenhouse
- Daily walk through of greenhouses/nursery to maintain cleanliness
- Help inspect all water pumps, lines, irrigation equipment, tank operation, fan operation
- Maintain the organization of equipment, tools, and parts
- Maintain work area cleanliness, daily
- Perform minor repairs, working alone or with other team members when necessary
Fertilizer, disease, and insect control programs
- Follow specific fertilizer programs, maintain fertilizer tank levels, and feed plants
- Follow current disease and insect control programs in place and participate in improving record keeping initiatives
Merchandising and Inventory Management
- Ensure that all products, including flowers and vegetable products are available for sale and appealing to our customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Several times per day, retail inventory levels must be replenished and monitored in a timely manner
- Constant monitoring and updating labels for all pots, and products to ensure accuracy and correctness of all prices
Nursery work
- Merchandising of our perennial, tree and shrub displays
- Must be eager to learn and become knowledgeable about our products, perennials, trees, and shrubs
- Help to maintain the nursery
- Lay down the leftover stock at the end of the season
- Plant and manage the planters and front beds
Everyone at T&T is responsible for selling and providing excellent customer service. There will be times when this will take precedence over regular daily tasks. You will be working with a variety of other employees to accomplish the goals of T&T. You will need to follow instructions and at times give instructions. You will need to work with managers, warehouse and retail staff, yard associates and others to do your job well. You will be required to wear a badge/two-way radio to communicate with other departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Available to work extended periods on your feet, often in hot and humid weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in landscaping and/or greenhouse is an asset
- Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, and as a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

THE POSITION
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Yard Associate at our garden center. As a key member of our outdoor operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our garden center.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
● Bagging various landscaping products in our bulk bin area (manure, mulch, sand, granite)
● Mowing around all buildings, fencelines, trees, etc.
● Weeding nursery items, parking lot and outback greenhouse
● Ensure the cleanliness and visual appeal of outdoor plant displays.
● Cleaning as needed, including sweeping, garbage and recycling, sanitizing and window washing
REQUIREMENTS:
● Previous experience in landscaping, yard maintenance, or a related field is preferred
● Ability to operate lawn care equipment, including mowers and trimmers.
● Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy bags of landscaping products.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
● Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
● Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

● Must have access to transportation as it is not accessible by city transit.
